· 凈化原理：
一級均流粗效處理：粗效處理裝置由防火型不銹鋼濾網制成， 主要利用機械碰撞、重力沉降的原理， 除去大顆粒雜質， 同時 阻隔明火竄入凈化機內;二級等離子體電場， 放電吸附油霧顆粒;三級活性炭吸附層， 吸附極小顆粒油煙， 除去部分味道。
